d) DEIC is still in need of proper liquid waste management facilities as well as sharp-pit.

   
1) Health Screenings were held at various villages under Sialsuk in the month of April, 2023 and Sairang PHC in the month of May, 2023.

2) Many children referred to the District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC) by the Mobile Health Teams could not reach the center for timely management and intervention as the health screenings were mostly held at various villages under Sialsuk PHC Sairang PHC. Most of the referred children were not brought to the centre by either the school teachers not the parents for health check-up.

3) Liquid waste management facilities for DEIC is planned to be constrcuted and managed from MHSSP. The District Health Engineer and DQM, MHSSP have both visited the DEIC,took necessary measurements for construction of the said facility.
